Miguel Soler, together with his brother Javier is owner and kiteboarding instructor at WindBay Kiteboarding School. Miguel has been kiteboarding sincer he was a kid on the windy beaches of Cabarete. He is a fully certified and insured IKO level 2 instructor since 2005.
When he is not teaching kitesurfing at WindBay Kiteboarding or ripping the waves, Miguel is participating as a volunteer in the DREAM Project. He is teaching Dominican kids the basics of the sport and helping them become kiteboarding assistants and instructors, giving them a chance to have an exciting career in this amazing sport.
Miguel is also known as a party animal in Cabarete, so if you’re looking for some fun and excitement while in Cabarete, he’s the man to talk to.

Javier Soler, owner and manager of WindBay Kiteboarding School in Cabarete, is a IKO certified and insured kitesurfing instructor. Javier has been certified with IKO since 2006 and has been kiteboarding since he was a teenager.
When he’s not teaching kiteboarding lessons on the Cabarete beach, Javier is spending time with his family and his two year old son.
